In the 1800s, Cross Street was the stepping stone for settlers looking to discover new opportunities in Singapore. The streets were lined with bustling shophouses and sampans (wooden boats) drifting by the shorelines.

Full pre-payment and a non-refundable policy will be applied for all rooms in a group booking.
This will supersede any prior group booking that was made with a flexible and refundable policy. Should there be an outstanding balance as a result, our team will contact you to complete the full settlement.
Room amenities include complimentary 55-inch IPTV with Chromecast function, coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, ironing facilities, in-room safe box, universal wall sockets with USB ports, in-room refreshments, and specially curated welcome amenity.
Complimentary customisation of in-room refreshments are available for guest staying in the Master Series rooms.
Dry cleaning and laundry service are available, you may also refer to the in-room laundry list for charges or approach any of our staff to assist you.
Pressing services are available on a complimentary basis for guests who stay in the Master Series rooms.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 10:30 am daily.
Guest who stays in the Master Series rooms can enjoy an extended all-day breakfast served in-room till 4 pm.
All hotel guests will have access to an exclusive inner-circle guide upon check-in to the hotel.
Guest who stays in the Master Series rooms can enjoy complimentary services which includes apparel pressing, shoe spa and shine, pillow selection, turndown service, selection of handmade soap and Local Precinct Tour conducted by our Clankeeper.
